Part-Time Babysitter Needed Near Kapuzinerhölzl We are an Armenian-German family with English as our family language. And we're looking for a happy, curious, and passionate babysitter for 2 times per week in our home. We would especially (but not exclusively) love to hear from university students or vocational trainees in: * Child care * Early childhood education * Social work / pedagogy * Nursing or pediatric nursing * Midwifery * Child psychology * or any related fields. Details: * Location: near tram/bus stop Amalienburgstraße * Schedule: 2 weekdays per week, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., for 3 hrs per gig * Start date: asap * Kid: is awesome, of course, and born in Oct. 2025. What we are looking for: * compatibility with our kid - we'll just have to meet and see * Passion for child development and childcare * Non-smoker! * Comfortable in English or German * Long-term availability preferred. Responsibilities: * Playing and engaging with the baby * Putting the baby down for naps * Going for walks if weather permits * Changing clothes and diapers * Light baby-related tidying (toys etc.) * On very rare occasions _maybe_ bottle- or mash-feeding * Developing an understanding for kid's interests, and respecting kid's autonomy (unless dangerous) * No screentime with or around the awake baby * Taking constructive feedback seriously - in both directions.
