Job Title: Technical Lead
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead our systems engineering initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving technical excellence in complex projects.
* Lead a team of Systems Engineers in their respective assignments on a project.
* Act as main focal point on technical issues to Project Managers, AIT, PA/QA, SCM, and Customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent.
* Self-management and a proactive working style.
* Working level proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
