Our cleaners play a vital role in always keeping the Arriva Rail London/ London Overground fleet clean and presentable, which is essential for our trains to run smoothly. We are therefore looking to recruit a Cleaner to be based across various locations within the network.
We are searching for two London Based, Night Traincare professionals who ideally has experience working in a rail setting, who is flexible when it comes to working night shifts.

Main Responsibilities
* As part of the fleet traincare team, you will carry out cleaning duties across our trains and platforms, in accordance with a laid down specification in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.
* You will also be responsible for consistently seeking to improve the service quality to the best of your ability.
* Working towards all Traction and Rolling Stock engineering, occupational health & safety, loss control and quality standards, schedules and practices.
* You will also be responsible for ensuring that your place of work and facilities are kept clean and in good order.
* Reporting any defects found on rolling stock whilst also undertaking cleaning duties to your Train Care Supervisor or Fleet Maintenance Team Leader.
* Undertaking on board cleaning tasks, turnaround cleaning within a customer focussed environment.
Qualifications
* Customer orientated professional who has an understanding how vital the traincare team is for the London Overground.
* Any past cleaning and maintenance experience, ideally cleaning for vehicles but not essential.
* Experience in working as part of a team.
* Communication skills both written and verbal.
