Analyze, follow up and resolve user requests and incidents, ensuring high service quality
Contribute to the monitoring, maintenance and continuous improvement of information systems
Work within an IT service management framework, complying with established processes and SLAs
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 with min 7 years of experience or Bac+5 with min of 3 years of experience) in a similar role (functional analysis / application support)
Proven experience in providing functional support on Information Systems to end users
Sound knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g. Hands-on experience with JIRA and/or Confluence
Fluent in English
Comfortable working in a structured, international and collaborative environment
