Assistant (m / f / x) to Director E-Commerce Global

Responsibilities:
* Independent management and creation of appointments through proactive calendar management
* Development and implementation of internal communication and processes
* Management of departmental budgets and requests such as travel expenses, licences for tools, office equipment, etc.
* Organisation of external meetings and events
* Proactive search for new e-commerce / digital marketing events and seminars
* Creation of PowerPoint presentations and support with meeting minutes
Qualifications:
* Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in a similar function in an international company
* Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint
* Excellent knowledge of German and English, knowledge of Spanish is desirable
* Proactive and analytical way of working
