Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving market growth and ensuring customer loyalty in Luxembourg.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Consulting with customers to adopt IT infrastructure solutions and cloud technologies,
* Setting up processes to leverage technologies and data (financial operations, compliance, data maturity assessment, cloud exit strategies...),
In addition, you will provide:
* Infrastructure solutions and services (network, security, converged communication, storage, backup, connectivity, mobile...),
* Cybersecurity,
* Outsourcing of IT production,
* Data enhancement to enable customers to develop relevant businesses and win market share (AI, machine learning).
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent level required,
* 5-10 years of sales experience and technical-commercial expertise in the sector an advantage,
* Strong writing skills,
* Digital mindset,
* Autonomy,
* Persuasiveness,
* Ease and courtesy with interlocutors,
* Interpersonal communication, team spirit,
* Fluent in English and French,
* Driver's license (Category B).
