The Maria Hilf clinics provide the art of healing full of care. Every year, around 2,800 people care for over 32,000 inpatients and provide more than 85,000 outpatient treatments.
With 16 specific clinics, 22 certified focus centers and a medical center for outpatients, we provide care for around 1 million people in the Rhineland.
We see passing on knowledge as part of our mission: as the second largest teaching hospital of RWTH Aachen University and with over 40 training authorizations.
Our own health academy kbs also offers over 600 training places for nursing staff. With our subsidiary clinoserv, we operate all services in the spirit of care.
Founded in 1854 out of charity. Constantly developed in Christ-consciousness through our own efforts. With the St. Franziskus Foundation as our sponsor, we are independent and one of the largest employers in Mönchengladbach.
Your To Do-s
* You support our employees in 1st and 2nd level support - by phone, email, via the ticket system or directly on site
* You are responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of technical devices
* You manage user accounts and access rights via Active Directory and Exchange
* You are involved in software distributions and their maintenance (e.g. Altiris or other tools)
* You administer Mac client systems
* You provide support for network and server problems and look after VPN connections, WLAN, VoIP telephony and peripheral devices
* You will maintain our IT documentation and support knowledge database
* You actively support internal IT projects and rollouts
* You contribute ideas for the further development of IT processes and security standards
* You take part in the IT on-call service
What do you bring with you?
* You have completed training in the IT sector, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician or a comparable qualification
* Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in IT support (1st and 2nd level)
* You are familiar with Microsoft Windows operating systems, MS Office, Active Directory and basic network technologies
* You have knowledge of ITIL 4 and how to use mobile devices (iOS, Android), printers and telephone systems (e.g. Cisco)
* You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even under pressure
* You impress with your ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a pronounced service mentality
* You have a good command of written and spoken German; knowledge of English is an advantage
