Your mission We are looking for an AI Program Manager to drive the planning, coordination and delivery of key initiatives within our tech, science, and product department. This role will play a critical part in ensuring alignment across teams, building structured documentation, and overseeing the execution of internal and external projects to achieve measurable results and successful project outcomes. Job Key Responsibilities Driving the successful management, execution and delivery of external projects, including but not limited to grants, awards and pharma services. Project management and delivery of internal software products - own project plans, timelines, and delivery checklists for our projects. Act as a central delivery point between tech, science, quality assurance and product to collect relevant documentation for our compliance purposes. Ensure alignment and maximization of benefits across projects by leveraging synergies and clear prioritization of activities. Identify surface blockers early, and ensure clear alignment across divisions. Define and track important tech KPIs. Track relevant metrics on sprint progress, risks, regulatory milestones. Coordinate collection and versioning of delivery documents. Ensure all product artifacts are documented in our compliance and knowledge repositories (e.g., the QMS), with support from our QA. Act as a scrum master & agile coach for the tech department. Your profile Requirements 5 years project or delivery management in healthcare software (diagnostics, medtech, digital health); plus 3 years managing high-stakes external initiatives, including grant writing, grant delivery, and pharma project management and delivery. Strong command of agile methods and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Strong understanding of computational oncology workflows. Ability to manage multiple projects under fast-paced, high-accountability conditions. Solid understanding of technical systems and data pipelines. Excellent communication, documentation, and conflict resolution skills. Fluency in English and German in reading, writing and speaking. Experience in Start-ups. Nice to have Experience in oncology biomarkers, digital diagnostics, or bioinformatics. Experience delivering under ISO 13485, IEC 62304, CE-IVDR and FDA. Familiarity with QMS tools.
