In this role, you will support a Team of Service Desk Analysts and On-site support technicians. Working as the primary technical support, you will assess, assist and escalate a variety of technical issues to support our clients employees.

Responsibilities
* Works in a Team documents and logs client requests, and assigns tasks to colleagues for resolution.
* Testing and analyzing IT system and software performance.
* Computer break fix, maintenance and configuration
* Resolving incoming client and personnel IT queries remotely via email, phone, chat or at the office.
* Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders.
* Avoiding service interruptions by performing system installations, updates, and maintenance procedures.
* Preparing training manuals and FAQ materials for easy-access end-user guidance.
* Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
* Making recommendations to optimize IT performance and to prevent future problems.
* Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met.
Qualifications
* Two years of post secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Management, plus several years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
* ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundations V4 Certification is a plus
KnowledgeKnowledge, Skills & Attributes
* German Professional (C2) or Native speaker and English fluent (B2) is a must
* Ability to use a variety of computer applications such as Microsoft O365 tool suite
* Ability to configure and operate computer workstation, portable computer, mobile devices and peripheral devices
* Analytical and problem solving skills
* Knowledge of theories, principles, practices, and techniques of computer science and the underlying theory for practical application in system and workstation analysis, installation, documentation, and problem solving
* Knowledge of computer workstation and network operating systems relating to the installation of hardware and operating systems, and the identification and resolution of hardware and operating system-related problems
* Knowledge of the interaction of network components, computer workstations, and servers for the identification, isolation, and resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity-related
