What you will do
1. Travel to customer sites: mainly South – Germany, occasionally Austria + other parts of Germany
2. Execute preventive maintenance and installation tasks of moderate complexity
3. Use Tetra Pak Maintenance System (TPMS) tools to report and document service activities
4. Interpret technical documentation and follow global procedures
5. Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
6. Maintain a clean, safe work environment
7. Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team
We believe you have
8. A high school, vocational school or technical diploma with hands-on technical training
9. Up to 1 year of experience in maintenance or installation work
10. Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
11. Advanced German skills + Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
12. Valid driving licence
13. A customer-focused attitude and a drive to improve
14. A growth mindset, indicating a willingness to learn and develop technical skills
15. A proactive, safety-first approach
