Job Description About the role: As a Working Student Social Media in the Brand Team, you will become part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing e-commerce environment and actively support the further development of our social media presence across both paid and organic channels. You can expect an environment with plenty of room to contribute ideas, where you will be involved operationally in campaigns, support the planning and creation of content, and use a data-driven approach to help optimize our performance. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our brand communication and the development of our digital channels. About your tasks: You will support the Social Media Team in its varied day-to-day activities and gain insights into key processes across paid and organic social media. You will contribute to the planning, creation, and publication of content across our social media channels. You will support the implementation and optimization of paid social campaigns, for example on Meta and YouTube. You will help select and prepare content for campaigns and posts, actively contributing to our brand communication. You will work on optimization projects aimed at increasing the performance of our social media activities. You will create reports, analyze key metrics, and conduct competitive and market analyses within the social media landscape.
