Accountabilities Provide pre-sales technical solutions to customers, supporting deal closure and client success. Design and architect secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant technical solutions for enterprise clients and partners. Collaborate with internal teams (product development, infrastructure, compliance) to configure and implement customer solutions. Manage technical relationships with partners and third-party integrators. Engage with customer executives (CTO, CIO) and IT teams to align strategy and implementation. Provide timely feedback to product teams to ensure solution efficiency and customer satisfaction. Proven experience in project management and technical solution delivery for financial institutions or enterprise clients. Familiarity with business requirements, compliance considerations, and system architectures for banking, securities, or fintech clients. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to decompose complex issues into actionable solutions. Excellent communication skills for technical explanation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to build trust, empathy, and strong relationships with clients and partners. Experience designing secure, scalable, and cost-effective IT architectures.
