We partner with manufacturers across Holland seeking Process Engineers who want more than a lateral move. Conduct process capability studies and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and process transitions.
Support the evaluation, selection, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment and technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex process data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Bonus Qualifications
Python, R) for data analysis or process automation.
Proficiency with statistical software packages (e.g., Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
