ONLY GERMAN LANGUAGE B2 LEVEL CANDIADTE APPLY Chemical Product Development (Chemikant in der Wirkstoffherstellung) Department / Team: Laboratory & Production (Product Development) Location & Working Model Primary Location: Sigmaringen, Germany Remote / Hybrid / On-Site Policy: 100 % on-site; no home office Key Responsibilities Handle, stage and verify chemical raw materials Produce liquid & paste active ingredients per recipes Operate, clean and maintain mixing kettles Calculate formulation component quantities Conduct in-process chemical analyses and release batches Transfer products to saleable containers or storage tanks Prepare customer-specific product samples Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Haves: Min. 1 yr experience in chemical production (wash chemistry/car-care preferred) Vocational training as Chemikant or similar German at least B2 Physically fit for manual production tasks Nice-to-Haves: Experience with car-wash, vehicle-care or related chemical products Connections within vehicle-care chemical sector Personality Traits: Conscientious, independent, solution-oriented, thorough Open to innovation Team player Experience & Education Experience: 1 year in chemical manufacturing; entry-level after apprenticeship possible Education: Vocational qualification; university degree not required Compensation Base Salary Range: 38,400 54,000 gross p.a.
