Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating customer inquiries, scheduling service work, and managing customer expectations.
* Coordinate customer inquiries for service calls by phone and email.
* Schedule service work for technicians, balancing customer needs and business utilization requirements.
* Contact customers with service offers and agreements.
* Manage customers' expectations regarding technician availability.
* Proactively chase quotations for visits to achieve utilization.
* Assist customers in identifying parts and addressing technical needs.
* Verify the commercial accuracy of all orders and process orders entry in ERP system in a timely manner.
* Send order confirmations to customers for each order entered.
* Address customer queries (late deliveries, faulty goods, stock discrepancies etc.).
* Obtain proof of delivery when requested.
* Raise credit notes for material returns/price discrepancies.
* Support external sales and service technicians with any requirements.
