About the role: As a Supply Chain Planning & Procurement Manager at Edeneve, you'll be a key driver of our global supply chain, strategically sourcing goods and managing supplier relationships worldwide. You'll be responsible for optimizing procurement processes, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. You will also play a crucial role in product innovation, collaborating closely with our Product Development team and the Head of Product to discover and develop new products that align with Edeneve's vision. So, what can you expect to work on? Global Supplier Management : Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase order management to fostering strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of international suppliers. Act as the primary liaison between suppliers, manufacturers, internal departments, and customers. Production Planning: Precisely plan raw material resources to align with production dates, ensuring timely availability after cross-referencing with the Quality and Product Development teams. Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Lead strategic procurement initiatives across various categories, identifying new suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts, and ensuring competitive pricing and service quality. Financial Oversight: Monitor contract progress, analyze service quality, and collaborate with the Accounting team on invoice and payment reconciliation. Market Analysis & Forecasting: Proactively analyze market trends and forecast their potential impact on procurement strategies, identifying opportunities for optimization. Relationship Building & Representation : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective suppliers, ensuring they are aligned with Edeneve's business objectives. Represent Edeneve at industry meetings and trade conferences, embodying our corporate identity and values. What you offer us Experienced Professional: You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent studies, bringing business experience in purchasing or import. Experience in the chemical or cosmetic industry is a significant advantage.
