What makes you a good fitMaster's or PhD degree in engineering (process, chemical, mechanical, or related).10 years of proven success and experience in a similar role.Background preferably in manufacturing, site engineering, or R&D process development.Proven competencies in hygienic engineering and GMP.Basic chemical understanding of relevant formulae, processing, and raw materials.Strong understanding of Cleaning & Disinfection in the chemical manufacturing industry (batch, continuous).Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and proficiency in English.Role involves 30-40% travel to Henkel facilities. Possible application locations: Amsterdam, Düsseldorf, Vienna.
