Your Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and validate our software in on-premise customer environments
* Investigate and resolve issues on site; create minimal repros and hand over to Engineering as needed
* Integrate with customer infrastructure and verify end-to-end workflows
* Provide concise field feedback that informs product priorities
* Act as a development team member when not traveling, applying your on-site knowledge to guide design and implementation towards impactful outcomes
Essential Skills
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience
* Strong C# skills
* Experience with desktop/UI frameworks (WPF, Avalonia)
* Enthusiasm for robotics and industrial automation
* Willingness to travel at least 60%
* Excellent English communication skills
Beneficial Skills
* Experience with one or more of: robotics, machine vision, Open GL, PLCs, or Modbus
* C++ experience
