<p><span>As a Senior People & Business Partner (m/f/d), you will act as a strategic sparring partner for leaders within a defined C-level business area. You translate business goals and concrete business requirements into P&C requirements and support key people and organizational topics with strong business relevance.</span><span> </span></p>

<li><span>advise and partner with leaders on strategic people and organizational topics, with a strong focus on concrete decision-making and execution</span> </li>
<li><span>proactively identify people and organizational topics within the business and develop pragmatic solutions together with leaders and P&C interfaces</span> </li>
<li><span>steer and implement key people and organizational processes – particularly in the areas of organizational design, reorganization, workforce planning, as well as performance, compensation and talent management</span> </li>
<li><span>support change processes and actively manage complex stakeholder constellations</span> </li>
<li><span>coach leaders in their leadership role and support them in building high-performing and future-ready teams</span> </li>
<li><span>collaborate closely with P&C interfaces such as Recruiting, Total Rewards and Legal, and contribute to the development of practical P&C tools and standards</span><span> </span></li>

<li>A successfully completed university degree in human resources, business, psychology or a comparable qualification</li>
<li>Several years of experience as a Senior People / HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic P&C role – ideally in a dynamic, international environment</li>
<li>Solid experience in steering and implementing strategic and operational people and organizational topics and can translate concrete business requirements into pragmatic P&C solutions</li>
<li>Confidence in sparring with leaders, find viable solutions within given frameworks and can design and facilitate workshops as well as exchange formats in a targeted way</li>
<li>You stand out through strong stakeholder management, excellent advisory skills and the ability to develop sound solutions even in complex situations </li>
<li>You work in a structured, analytical and self-reliant way and effectively drive topics into implementation together with leaders and P&C interfaces</li>
<li>Fluent in in written and spoken German and English</li>
</ul>
