Job Description About your tasks: Commercial Planning Lead – Germany Lead and continuously evolve the commercial planning framework for our German market, focusing on Rx (prescription medications) but also taking care of the Non-Rx planning. Drive the full cycle of commercial planning including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling Forecasts, and Long-Term Strategic Planning — covering key metrics from sales and orders to average order value and gross margin assumptions, in close collaboration with Business Controlling. Monitor and validate key input variables within our cohort and customer models, integrating performance data to enhance planning accuracy. Implement automation to improve the tracking of commercial performance versus targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with Country Management, Marketing, and Business Controlling to align strategic plans with operational execution. Customer Data Model Ownership – Europe Serve as the central owner of the customer data model across Redcare’s European markets, ensuring standardization and business relevance. Advance automation and development of the model to enhance scalability, reliability, and cross-system integration, together with the Data & AI team. Evaluate and implement AI-driven forecasting and segmentation tools to enrich personalization and lifecycle planning, together with the Data & AI team. Partner with Data, CRM, and Commercial teams to embed actionable customer insights into strategic decision-making. Market Share & Competitive Intelligence – Europe Lead the development and execution of Redcare’s market share and competitor benchmarking framework across all countries. Deliver executive-ready insights to guide market positioning and commercial prioritization.
