Your key responsibilities include:
* Ensure timely and correct service during meals, breaks, and conference drinks
* Support and host events, meetings & banquets with international guests
* Provide service and hospitality throughout the event
* Assist the Chef de Rang with organization and smooth operations
* Act as contact for guest requests and complaints
* Maintain hygiene standards
* Support colleagues across the banqueting department
Be able.
* Eagerness to grow, learn, and be part of a family-like and ambitious team
* Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
* Ideally experience in a similar role or training in hospitality
* Strong communication skills in German and English
