Senior Business Development Manager – Hydrogen Technology | Germany
Active Search Partners is proud to partner with a well-established hydrogen technology provider based in Germany, known for its contribution to advancing clean energy infrastructure across Europe. We support their search for a Senior Business Development Manager to help lead commercial growth and strategic project development.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop business opportunities across industrial, energy, and mobility sectors.
Build and manage key client and partner relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Oversee EPC project coordination from commercial handover through to delivery, working closely with technical and project teams.
Contribute to proposals, negotiations, and deal structuring for complex, high-value projects.
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and stakeholder meetings.
Your Profile :
Extensive years of experience in business development, sales, or project execution within energy, industrial, or hydrogen-related sectors.
Solid understanding of EPC processes and cross-functional project collaboration.
Strong industry network and a track record of closing complex deals.
Fluent in English and German.
Strategic, self-motivated, and passionate about sustainable technologies.
