Junior Officer - Governance Services
Your key responsibilities include managing client portfolios with all aspects of company law and fund regulation, organizing board meetings, coordinating shareholders' meetings, reviewing fund documentation, working autonomously with tight deadlines, maintaining corporate files, liaising with regulatory bodies and providing timely quality delivery of services.
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in business administration, economics, law or finance, 1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate governance within the fund industry or a similar regulated environment, a good understanding of Luxembourg's fund industry, fluency in English with any other language considered an asset, diligence and strong organizational skills, good communication skills and a proactive attitude, and a team-oriented approach.
