In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts, building long-term partnerships and managing the full sales cycle for our textile-integrated electrodes, connectors, and cables. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with commercial strategy, collaborating closely with our R&D teams in Canada to deliver tailored solutions to customers in medical, sports, and fashion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full sales cycle from new customer acquisition to long-term account managementGenerate leads through targeted outreach, networking, and market research, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified prospectsUse CRM tools to track opportunities, manage customer data, and drive sales efficiencyManage customer communications for ongoing and new development projectsDrive revenue growth and close deals for Myant\'s E-Components in EuropeStructure and oversee technical development projects with stage-based fee models (scope definition, feasibility study, MVP, pilot/0-series, full launch)Act as the primary liaison between the R&D team in Toronto and European clients, translating technical requirements and customer wishes into viable development projectsTake commercial ownership of the E-Components portfolio, relaying market feedback to ensure our offerings meet customer needs and guide the future product roadmap in line with business strategyManage local supplier relationships to optimize operations and project deliveryEnsure compliance documentation is prepared and maintained, especially for medical device customersQualifications8+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in a B2B environmentStrong technical background in electronics.
