Your missions :
* Portfolio Management: Oversee client onboarding, company incorporations, and coordination with third parties (notaries, banks, administrations).
* Technical Expertise: Review and validate annual accounts, tax returns (direct/indirect), and legal aspects (Board meetings, AGMs, RCS filings).
* Mentoring & Leadership: Supervise junior staff, ensure their professional growth, and guarantee the team's production targets are met.
* Client Relationships: Identify complex client needs, prepare service proposals, and ensure optimal client satisfaction.
* Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure strict adherence to AML/KYC procedures and maintain the accuracy of the client database.
* Financial Oversight: Manage debt recovery and actively participate in drafting invoicing proposals.
Your profile :
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a fiduciary, accounting, or tax environment in Luxembourg.
* Education: Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or Corporate Law.
* Languages: Mandatory fluency in English and French. Any additional language is considered an asset.
* Technical Knowledge: Sound knowledge of Luxembourgish accounting, tax, and legal principles, as well as AML/KYC regulations.
