Job Overview:
Mobi-Hub GmbH is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for process improvement, and the ability to manage multiple departments to ensure efficient, high-quality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations across all departments, including RMA, inventory, customer service, repair technicians, and warehouse staff.
* Manage hiring, training, and ongoing development of all operational staff.
* Streamline workflows to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall productivity.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high standards in customer service, stock quality, and operational efficiency.
* Identify potential challenges or roadblocks and develop practical solutions.
* Negotiate and maintain contracts with logistics carriers and external partners.
* Conduct weekly meetings with sales partners to monitor performance and maintain service quality standards.
* Hold weekly training sessions and performance reviews with departmental teams.
* Serve as the point of contact for internal communications, filtering information to the appropriate departments such as Accounting and Legal.
* Manage HR functions, including vacation approvals, sick leave tracking, and staff allocation.
* Ensure workplace safety by conducting safety meetings and enforcing policies.
* Provide regular updates and reports to company owners regarding operational issues, challenges, and performance metrics.
* Allocate staff resources across departments to meet operational demands.
* Collaborate with other departments to implement new initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and maintain company standards.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or technology sectors.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficient in monitoring KPIs and using data to drive decisions.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic operational challenges.
* Familiarity with HR processes, contract negotiation, and safety compliance is a plus.
* English: spoken and written – a must. German – a plus.
Working Hours:
* Monday through Friday, with availability outside normal hours as needed.
