We are seeking a Global Category Merchandise Manager (f/m/d)to play a central and strategically impactful role in shaping our global category approach. With strong category management expertise at its core, this role directly influences global assortment direction, commercial planning and lifecycle decisions - balancing global ambition with local market relevance.
As we continue to expand into new markets and move toward greater global alignment, this position contributes to building clear processes, effective communication routines and sustainable collaboration structures. Strong project and program management capabilities enable the successful coordination of cross-market initiatives and active stakeholder engagement.
A key focus of the role is creating alignment between global priorities and local insights - translating global direction into clear market actions while elevating market feedback and customer signals into global decision-making. Through this dual contribution, the role helps shape a globally unified yet locally informed category framework.

* Global Category Strategy: Drive global category direction, influencing assortment decisions, pricing, margins and promotional planning across markets
* Global–Local Frameworks: Develop and evolve effective ways of working, communication routines and planning structures to ensure consistent category execution
* Strategic Market Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to global and local teams, translating global category priorities into clear, actionable guidance while integrating local market insights into global decision-making
* Data & Strategic Insights: Consolidate market data, analyze performance, customer signals and competitive intelligence and identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging trends
* Cross-Market Collaboration: Build and enable a global category community, fostering knowledge sharing, best-practice exchange and alignment across markets.
* Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead cross-functional and cross-market initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, timelines and deliverables to strengthen scalable global category execution.

* Proven experience in Category Management combined with strong Project and/or Program Management capabilities
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across global and local teams
* Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment
* Highly organized and structured, with experience managing global timelines and cross-market coordination
* Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Power BI and Excel
* Fluency in English required, conversational german skills (or willingness to learn), additional languages are a plus
