The Role: Health & Wellness Coach
Recover Society is looking for Health & Wellness Coaches to guide guests through our signature longevity and recovery routines.
This is a hands-on role at the center of the guest experience — from welcoming clients and creating the right atmosphere, to supporting them through services like HBOT, infusions, and contrast therapy.
You'll be part of a high-standard, science-meets-hospitality environment where every detail matters. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is curious about the latest health and longevity practices, and wants to grow in a fast-moving, purpose-driven company.
Qualifications
* Health & Wellness, Wellness Coaching, and Nutrition skills
* Experience in Coaching and Weight Management
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in Health, Wellness, Nutrition, or related field
* Experience in creating personalized wellness plans is a plus
* Certified Health and Wellness Coach credentials preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Guide guests through signature routines (HBOT, infusions, red light, and cold plunge).
* Welcome guests, assist with waivers, and create a calm, welcoming atmosphere in the hub.
* Motivate and support guests in their health goals, building strong, trusting relationships.
* Represent the RS lifestyle in every interaction, connecting guests to our broader journey.
* Track guest details in the CRM and report any concerns to the medical or hub team.
* Share guest feedback to improve routines and contribute to training and process updates.
* Collaborate with medical, hospitality, and tech colleagues for a seamless guest experience.
* Support classes, workshops, and community events.
Growth & Opportunities
* Take on personalized health coaching (nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, recovery) as our membership offerings expand.
* Provide regular check-ins and digital support through the RS app.
* Grow into a Senior or Lead Coach role — mentoring fellow coaches and shaping RS coaching standards across hubs.
What We're Looking For
* A calm, professional presence with the ability to motivate and support guests.
* Service-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused mindset.
* Comfortable working with digital tools (guest tracking, scheduling, community platforms).
* Excited to contribute to a purpose-driven, premium wellbeing environment.
Education & Background
* Certification or training in health, wellbeing, or fitness coaching — or a related field such as functional medicine, integrative health, sports science, nutrition, psychology, or physiotherapy.
* Experience in hospitality, wellness, health, or corporate settings (e.g. spa, clinic, fitness, or other client-facing roles)
* A strong interest in biohacking, healthy lifestyle practices, and longevity research.
* Excellent communication and fluency in English and German is required (other languages are a plus).

* Contract: Freelancer / Part-time
* Locations: Onsite at our hubs in Frankfurt, Baden-Baden, and soon Berlin and Marbella.
* Timing: Starting February 2026
* Compensation: Fair and competitive, based on skills and experience
