Job Role:
Marketing Director
Lead the strategic direction and execution of coffee business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Ensure effective implementation of global marketing strategy at local level.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement local marketing strategy for coffee categories and brands to achieve revenue targets and elevate performance of a high-impact marketing team.
* Manage operational marketing plan covering brand activations, portfolio management, and innovations aligned with business objectives.
* Lead consumer insights, consumer marketing and media team.
* Build, inspire, and develop a strong local marketing team as well as our global marketing teams.
Key Requirements:
* Solid background in FMCG with category management expertise.
* Global and local marketing roles experience.
* Strong leadership experience with at least 8 years in people management.
* Knowledge of foodservice or on-the-go coffee sector is a benefit.
* Sales experience is a plus ideally worked in key account management, shoppermarketing or RGM function.
