IT Security Architect
As a member of the cyber security product team, you will support and shape the strategic and operational development of holistic IT security. You will work within interdisciplinary teams with an agile mindset.
Your tasks
* Strategic and operational development of holistic IT security - in close cooperation with our contact persons for information security
* Evaluation of identified vulnerabilities and target group-oriented preparation of the results for relevant stakeholders.
* Independent further development of security guidelines and concepts, optimization of existing processes and preparation of effort and cost estimates for security measures.
* Ensuring the continuous further development and adaptation of our SIEM solutions to current threat situations
* Independent collaboration and assumption of management tasks in security-related IT projects - from conception to successful implementation
* Assuming responsibility for handling complex security incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support
* Proactively apply your expertise in operating and securing modern cloud infrastructures and cloud security technologies
Your profile
* Master's, Bachelor's or equivalent degree in a subject relevant to the position (e.g. (business) informatics, mathematics, physics)
* At least 3 years of experience in IT security with a focus on architecture, policy development, security processes and incident response
* In-depth knowledge of cloud security, ideally with a focus on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Sound expertise in securing cloud environments and cloud-native architectures
* Experience in dealing with common CNAPP, CSPM, SSE, XDR and firewall technologies
* Experience in collaborating, managing and coordinating complex topics with various specialist departments and stakeholder groups
* Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical topics in an understandable way for different target groups
* Structured, analytical way of working and interest in current IT security trends
* Ability to work in a team and the willingness and ability to make decisions and take responsibility
* Ideally experience in the DevSecOps environment
* Fluency in written and spoken German and English
* High resilience and flexibility
