About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Technical Project Lead (TPL)
for
Electrical/Electronic
(E/E) systems to oversee the planning, coordination, and quality assurance of complex automotive software and hardware components. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional deliverables, ensuring data integrity, and driving project success across multiple I-steps.
Key Responsibilities
1. Planning & Control
* Lead comprehensive I-step planning for E/E components.
* Ensure timely delivery of all required artifacts within the Software Integration Process (SWIP).
2. Documentation & Release Management
* Create and maintain project schedules, release concepts, and I-step documentation in the part number list.
* Manage software logistics including submission of SW and HW entry cards.
* Handle change requests (CROs) and compile release reports for milestone tracking.
3. Data Provisioning
* Define data deadlines and prepare SGBDs, CAFs, and PDX containers.
* Conduct quality checks and coordinate the release of relevant data and parameters.
* Ensure proper documentation of delivery states.
4. Quality Assurance
* Conduct PQ tests and generate PQ reports to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Support error analysis and document root causes.
* Develop and implement error correction concepts.
5. Support & Stakeholder Coordination
* Manage support requests and coordinate post-homologation changes.
* Facilitate collaboration between internal and external project partners.
6. Reporting & Monitoring
* Provide regular updates on analysis and review status.
* Track bug tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
* Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive E/E systems, embedded software development, or technical project management.
* Proven track record in managing software and hardware integration projects across multiple I-steps.
* Strong understanding of E/E architecture and automotive software development processes (e.g., ASPICE, AUTOSAR).
* Experience with software logistics, release management, and data provisioning (SGBD, CAF, PDX).
* Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with client development processes and tools.
* Fluent in English and German, both speaking and writing.
