Ihre Aufgaben
* Solution Design von Lösungen zur Optimierung unserer Entwicklungsprozesse auf Basis von Windchill PDMLink und RV&S
* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des ALM-Systems auf Basis Windchill RV&S
* Konfiguration des PLM-Systems auf Basis Windchill PDMLink
* Projektdurchführung zur Inbetriebnahme der entwickelten Lösungen mit den Fachteams
* Dokumentation, Testing und Troubleshooting (2nd und 3rd Level Support)
* Planung und Durchführung von end-user Trainings
Ihr Profil
* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
* Erfahrungen in der Implementierung und Konfiguration von ALM-Systeme, vorzugsweise Windchill RV&S
* Erfahrungen in der Konfiguration von PLM-Systemen, vorzugsweise Windchill PDMLink
* Erfahrungen mit Projekten im ASpice Umfeld von Vorteil
* Kundenorientiertes Serviceverhalten und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
* Eigeninitiative sowie Teamfähigkeit und Kontaktfreude
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
