* Sie unterstützen Kolleg*innen beim Einsatz ihrer Mobilfunkgeräte.
* Sie betreuen insbesondere die Konzernführung bei der Nutzung ihrer iOS Geräte.
* Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege der Mobilfunkdatenbank.
* Sie bereiten Mobilfunkverträge vor.
* Sie sind zuständig für die Ausgabe von Endgeräten.
* Sie betreuen die Administration unserer MDM Systeme (Optional).
* Abgeschlossene Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker
* Erfahrung im Umgang mit geschäftlichen Anwendungen auf mobilen Endgeräten sowie Verständnis für die Vertragliche Abwicklung bei Mobilfunkanschlüssen
* Erfahrung im Umgang mit iOS und Android Geräten inkl. Zero Touch und Knox Mobile Enrollment, sowie dem Apple Business Manager
* Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Ticket System Cherwell
* Fundierte Erfahrung mit iOS und Android Geräten (iOS Prio)
* Kenntnisse in Active Directory / Entra ID sowie Enterprise Mobility Management (Intune oder Ivanti Core)
