WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Plan, manage, and optimize Paid Social and Display campaigns to meet performance goals
* Own the relationship with vendors such as Meta, Criteo, Google and other platforms
* Analyze performance data, create actionable insights, and prepare regular reports
* Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment
* Actively test new creatives, audiences, and placements to drive continuous improvement
* Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and new ad tech opportunities
* Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend and ROI
WHO YOU ARE
* 2-3 full years of hands-on experience in Paid Social and Display (Junior to Mid-level) and at least 1 year experience in Paid Social in Fashion/Luxury
* Proficiency in performance reporting and optimization using Excel and Power BI
* Proven ability to manage multiple cross-region campaigns simultaneously with a focus on results
* Strong knowledge of Merchant Centers (Meta, Google) and feed management tools like Productsup
* Familiarity with campaign automation platforms such as Smartly.io, Sprinklr, or Hunch
* Must be able to work independently, take full ownership of projects, and manage vendor relationships effectively
* A genuine passion for high-end luxury fashion and fluency in English
