(Junior) Digital Graphic Designer (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:
1. Develop digital assets for E-Commerce projects, including landing pages, banners, newsletters, advertisements and other digital touchpoints to enhance brand presence and engagement
2. Collaborate with the Content Team E-Commerce to design and optimize landing pages for various product launches and campaigns that drive sales and conversions
3. Ensure that all designs are visually engaging, user-friendly and aligned with the overall brand identity, maintaining a consistent and high-quality standard
4. Ensure high quality and consistency standards, by image resizing and retouching
5. Prototype and develop landing page concepts that are both visually appealing and functional, ensuring alignment with the overall design and branding strategy
6. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with the Content Team E-Commerce to develop innovative landing page concepts that enhance the customer journey
7. Efficiently handle graphic design requests, ensuring all projects meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
8. Stay current with digital design trends and competitors' visual strategies to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive
Your stroll to CYBEX:
9. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
10. Early career professional with foundational experience in digital graphic design
11. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
12. Experience in UX design and familiarity with user-centred design principles
13. Strong understanding of responsive design and the ability to create designs optimized for various devices and screen sizes
14. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
15. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on maintaining brand consistency across multiple design projects
16. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
17. Fluency in English, with German proficiency being an additional asset
