We are looking for an SAP Service Manager to support and manage SAP systems for a leading manufacturing company near Frankfurt. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining system stability, handling upgrades, managing authorizations, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
* SAP System Administration:
Assist with the setup, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of SAP environments.
* System Updates and Releases:
Oversee updates and manage necessary adjustments, including SPDD and SPAU changes.
* Transport Management:
Coordinate and execute SAP transport processes.
* System Integration:
Identify and manage dependencies between SAP platforms and external providers.
* Access and License Management:
Allocate permissions and manage SAP licenses efficiently.
* Stakeholder Coordination:
Handle communication with service providers, manage invoices, oversee SLAs, and track maintenance activities.
* Technical Documentation:
Maintain clear and structured documentation for system processes and configurations.
What You Bring:
* At least three years of experience in SAP service management.
* Willingness to work on-site 4-5 days per week, with flexibility to scale down later.
* Fluent German language skills (required).
* Availability for a six-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
* Background in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
* Full-time role (40-hour workweek ).
