Your Tasks:
* Scheduling and monitoring for the two managing directors (CEO and CFO)
* Ensuring office organization such as mail processing, monitoring, and handling electronic communications
* Planning and organizing business trips, including preparing travel expense reports
* Coordinating and compiling presentation materials for various meetings and documenting the results
* Invoice control and account assignment
* Other administrative tasks, such as selecting and ordering office supplies for all departments
* Analysis and monitoring of internal processes
* Creation/updating of the meeting structure and organizational chart
* Selection, solicitation of quotes, and ordering of gifts/vouchers for various occasions
* Support with onboarding new employees
Your profile:
* Successfully completed commercial vocational training
* Several years of professional experience in assistant roles
* Very good knowledge of MS Office/Microsoft 365
* Very good interpersonal and communication skills
* High degree of initiative, flexibility, and resilience
* Responsible and structured approach to work
* Very good organizational skills
* Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
