ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is currently looking for an experienced Service Owner – Load Testing to join our the team onsite in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for leading and developing a corporate load testing service used across large-scale public IT systems, ensuring its continuous improvement while aligning with enterprise performance, quality, and compliance goals.
This is both a hands-on and coordination-focused role, combining service ownership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise in performance testing.
THE WORK:
* Lead the overall vision, roadmap, and evolution of the corporate Load Testing service.
* Gather stakeholder needs and translate them into service improvements and feature prioritization.
* Collaborate closely with architects, developers, system owners, and business stakeholders across departments.
* Oversee the full service lifecycle: from design and planning to delivery and operational support.
* Guide customers in preparing and executing load testing campaigns tailored to their solutions.
* Analyze test outcomes and recommend architectural or performance improvements.
* Monitor service KPIs and drive optimizations related to scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
* Ensure service security and compliance in line with established standards and best practices.
* Maintain and validate service documentation, including procedures, specifications, and user guides.
* Stay up to date with modern load testing tools and methodologies and integrate relevant industry best practices.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Service Owner, Product Owner, or similar role within IT service delivery or managed services.
* Strong background in performance and load testing solutions, ideally with tools such as LoadRunner Professional, LoadRunner Cloud, or equivalent platforms.
* Experience designing and operating managed IT services.
* Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, databases, networks, storage, cloud environments).
* Good knowledge of public cloud fundamentals (AWS or similar).
* Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / SAFe practices and ways of working.
* Understanding of DevOps / DevSecOps principles.
* Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.
* Structured mindset with the ability to manage roadmaps, priorities, and service performance indicators.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
* EU citizenship is required.
