Your Responsibilities as Financial Controller (f/m/x)
Responsible for monthly close processes for international subsidiaries and financial reporting to the CFO and key stakeholders
Oversight and management of local accountants across multiple international offices, ensuring local GAAP and statutory compliance
Management and coordination of external audits across international locations
Preparation of business analysis reports, including cost center and cost unit accounting as well as contribution margin calculations
Execution of project-based assignments (e.g., standardization and automation) and production controlling in close collaboration with production departments
Thorough knowledge of audit procedures, including planning techniques, testing, and sampling methods, ability to analyze and gather facts on business processes
Strong accounting and analytical skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Several years' work experience in a similar management role, international experience is desired
A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
CPA, Chartered Accountant)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey accounting and financial information to department heads and stakeholders
