A well-established organization seeks a dedicated professional to manage administrative tasks and coordinate calendars for the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings, as well as taking and distributing meeting minutes as needed.
They will also assist with general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document formatting, greet visitors, and maintain a welcoming environment.
Additionally, the successful applicant will support office supply inventory and ordering, handle incoming/outgoing courier and postal services, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
This is an opportunity to start immediately on an initial contract with extensions available.
