About the Role:
The Marketing Manager at SD Worx is a dynamic, hands-on team management position that focuses on operational excellence. This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical prowess, aimed at developing and implementing robust marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for steering the German field marketing campaigns, managing digital plans, and leading a team of marketing specialists. As a vital link between the marketing and sales teams, the Marketing Manager will ensure seamless collaboration and contribute significantly to the sales funnel through effective marketing initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and digital plans.
* Lead and manage a team of marketing specialists, fostering team growth and development.
* Craft and oversee the regional marketing and campaign strategy.
* Manage the regional marketing budget with a focus on ROI and ROAS.
* Establish and maintain third party and strategic partnerships, optimising regional media planning.
* Align regional marketing efforts with the sales and SDR teams to maximise lead generation & conversion and sales support.
* Direct communication and support for the German Country Leader.
* Uphold brand integrity across all marketing communications including PR, comms and content.
* Organise and oversee all sponsored and SD Worx owned events.
* Implement SEO and digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders in field and central teams to align on marketing strategies and plans.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed.
Your Profile:
* Proven experience in a similar senior marketing role, with a focus on operational aspects.
* Demonstrated expertise in SEO and digital marketing.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong track record of successful team management and development.
* Experience in budget management and media planning.
* Ability to lead brand and marketing communications effectively.
* Proficiency in planning and executing marketing events.
* Skilled in collaborating with creative teams and marketing professionals.
* Adept at stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
* Passionate about bringing creative ideas to life in marketing campaigns with measurable success.
* Fluent in both German and English
