Your responsibilities
This is a key position in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) Operational Controlling team within AFI (Accounting, Financial Controlling and Internal Controls), reporting to the Head of CPM Operational Controlling. In this function, we are driving the development of SAP Modules CO, PS, IM and CATS as well the financial reporting in SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud.
This role will be responsible for delivering continuous improvement to Uniper’s SAP ECC and delivery of the ongoing S4/HANA implementation. In addition, the role supports SAP based reporting, process optimizations and ensures close alignment with our group CPM-Solutions.

1. Drive enhancement process for S/4 HANA Controlling Set-up
2. Design and test solutions in S/4 HANA
3. Develop training material for end-users and share knowledge
4. Conduct Central Master Data Management
5. Drive enhancement process for SAP based financial reporting
6. Design and test reporting solutions in e.g. CDS Views, SAP BW, SAC, Datasphere and connected applications
7. Contribute to the implementation of Uniper’s data strategy
Your profile
Desired skills and experience:
8. Several years of work experience with Accounting and Controlling processes and a good understanding of Uniper’s Finance structures / reporting would be beneficial, especially in SAP CO/PS, FI, FI-AA
9. Experience in operational controlling is a plus
10. Relevant practical experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA SAP Business Intelligence and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), MS Power BI
11. Project Management experience, with proven delivery track record in recent years – committed to driving Digital Finance initiatives
12. Technical proficiency with the following tools: MURAL, MS Forms, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Power BI, Power Automate and OneNote
13. Experience and knowledge of Design Thinking, Agile & Lean methods and Operational Excellence to reduce complexity / waste
14. Fluent English as operating in a multi-cultural environment, German is a plus
