Einleitung About eventbro ️ We're revolutionizing food and beverage ordering at events! eventbro is a smart ordering app that allows both event organizers and guests to manage and enjoy food & drinks without the hassle of long queues. Our first pilot project was launched with Mastercard at Fairground Festival 2024, and we’re backed by investors who believe in our vision. Now, we need you to help us scale! Aufgaben Your Role As one of our first team members, you’ll be working directly with the founders and will have a huge impact on our startup’s growth. You’ll be wearing multiple hats, but your main focus will be business development and operations : ✅ Sales & Lead Generation: Cold calling (!!), outreach, and onboarding new event organizers ✅ Account Management: Managing relationships with event organizers and ensuring they get the most out of eventbro ✅ Customer Support: Helping organizers and guests with any questions or issues ✅ Operations: Getting your hands dirty in everything from logistics to partnerships ✅ Learning & Growth: Work alongside experienced founders and investors, and be part of a fast-growing, well-funded startup ✅ Cross-Functional Exposure: Gain knowledge across a broad range of business areas ✅ Shape the Future: Help define the future of eventbro and online booking as a whole Qualifikation Who You Are A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment Fluent in German (a must!) and English Comfortable with cold calling and sales outreach Interested in startups, business development, and scaling a company from the ground up Passionate about events, hospitality, and/or tech Benefits Why Join Us?
