Solar Project Quality Management is a critical function that ensures the quality of solar projects across various locations. To achieve this, we are seeking a seasoned professional who will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the Project Quality Management System (PQMS).
The successful candidate will have experience in quality management, particularly in large-scale or multiple mid-sized solar projects in the UK/Europe. They will also have proficiency in quality management tools, auditing techniques, and reporting methods.
1. Act as the customer's representative for quality across assigned projects.
2. Establish, maintain, and oversee the PQMS.
3. Review, approve, and manage quality documentation.
4. Conduct audits and inspections of contractors and suppliers.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical quality standards, codes, and drawings. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently while engaging collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, or other relevant discipline is required. Recognized quality certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent would be an asset.
