About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of one of our prime customers in the logistics industry. As an Order Picker, you will play a key role in preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders in a modern, safe, and well‑organised warehouse environment. Comprehensive training and on‑the‑job support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
* Receive, store, and organise incoming goods
* Load and unload goods for dispatch
* Maintain strict quality and safety standards
* Operate handheld scanning devices and other warehouse equipment
* Optional: operate forklifts or pallet trucks with provided training
Qualifications / Skills Required
* Basic communication skills in German, English, Arabic, or Romanian
* Ability to lift up to 15 kg, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks during shifts
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Work Hours & Shifts
* Full‑Time: Early or night shifts, Monday–Saturday
* Part‑Time: Early shifts from 05:00 or student‑specific shifts
* Shift preferences can be indicated during the application process
