The Role: Sales Development Representative – German Speaking
In this entry-level role, you’ll be part of our Sales team and work closely with Marketing to identify and nurture new business opportunities across the DACH region. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our product, communicate our value proposition, and grow into a world-class technology sales executive.

Your Main Responsibilities
* Generate new, upsell, and cross-sell revenue from business accounts in the DACH region
* Consistently hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
* Develop and qualify sales opportunities via multiple channels
* Collaborate with inbound marketing to nurture leads and build relationships
* Execute outbound prospecting to identify and qualify leads
* Accurately log activity and maintain data in Salesforce CRM
* Work closely with Account Executives to develop pipeline and conversion strategies

* Fluent in German

What to Expect from the Hiring Process
1. Application Review: This may take up to two weeks
2. Screening Interview: A 20-minute chat about your background, the role, and our culture
3. Assessment + Interviews: A short task, followed by two interviews with the SDR Manager and VP of Sales
4. Feedback: We’ll provide updates and feedback at every stage, especially post-interview
