Your Mission at Kertos

You are the driving force behind achieving our ambitious growth targets and play a crucial role in realizing Kertos' next milestones. As Head of Sales, you assume full responsibility for our sales and your team. You have a significant influence on how we conquer the market – from the go-to-market motion to the sales strategy to the classic deal work that catapults us to the next level. Your actions determine how quickly and successfully we grow.


Responsibilities

* You lead our Sales Team and actively support them on their way to becoming a High Performing Team – acting as a role model and coach for your team members
* You create a culture in which performance and development go hand in hand, coach the team to peak performance, and ensure that ambitious goals are achieved and celebrated together
* Together with the founders, you define our goals and drive growth independently and consistently in a dynamic environment
* You ensure that our sales goals are achieved
* You develop and refine our go-to-market motion and sales strategy, focusing on closing your own deals in this early phase
* You develop and optimize sales processes that bring measurable success and sustainable growth, ensuring that clear KPIs keep everyone on the same path to success
* You work closely with the marketing team to generate high-quality leads and create a customer journey that enables long-term partnerships – from the handover to our experts to the continuous incorporation of customer feedback


Qualifications

* You have proven experience in B2B SaaS sales in fast-growing startups or scale-ups and feel at home in a performance-oriented environment
* You bring several years of leadership experience, coaching your team specifically and motivating them to achieve both individual and team successes
* You have already built sales structures, established scalable processes, and demonstrably driven rapid growth – especially in the early phase
* You understand sales as an integral part of a holistic growth strategy and can inspire and involve experts from other areas such as marketing, product, and customer success for common growth goals
* You are a communication talent in German and English and interact confidently and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels
