Your mission
* You will provide our customers with comprehensive advice – from requirements gathering to implementation – across our entire portfolio.
* You will take on a technical leadership role in projects and programmes and play a decisive role in shaping their architecture.
* You will analyse complex business requirements, translate them into viable solution concepts and work with the team to define technical and functional acceptance criteria.
* You will support implementation through prioritisation, architecture planning and close coordination with customers and development teams.
* You will build company-wide networks, promote knowledge transfer across teams and actively share your expertise with experienced colleagues.
* You will contribute to the further development of our customer relationships – with sound advice, innovative strength and a keen sense for new potential.
Your profile
* Degree in (business) informatics or comparable qualifications
* Relevant professional experience in designing, implementing and communicating software architectures in modern web technologies
* Experience in the design or development of web shops or customer portals in the SAP CX portfolio (SAP Commerce Cloud)
* High affinity for customer consulting and strong communication skills
* Enjoyment of technologies and innovations
* Analytical skills, willingness to learn and flexibility
* Knowledge of modern development methods such as agility according to Scrum and Kanban
* Enjoy working in a team
* Very good knowledge of German and English
