Employee Relations / HR Business Partner (1-Year Contract)
Location: Berlin or Munich preferred (Remote within Germany possible)

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and adaptable Employee Relations / HR Business Partner to support the company's operations in Germany. You'll be joining a growing HR presence in Germany, working closely with the wider EMEA team to support local operations
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide hands-on HR support with a focus on employee relations (ER)
* Manage day-to-day ER cases and support HRBP activities
* Collaborate with legal, global ER, and regional HR teams
* Engage with works councils and employee representatives
* Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance with German labor law
What We're Looking For
We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. You might be a great fit if you bring some of the following:
* Around 3-5 years of experience in HR or Employment Law (we're flexible)
* Background in:
-HR: Generalist or HRBP with some legal exposure
-Legal: Certified lawyer or in-house counsel with a focus on labor law
* Understanding of German labor law and works council processes
* Fluent in German and proficient in English (ideally)
* A proactive, hands-on mindset and a desire to grow in a global environment
