* Receipt, analysis, and processing of support requests in first and second level support
* Prioritization and classification of tickets according to SLA requirements
* Technical and professional support for customers in the use of SaaS applications
* Independent resolution of recurring incidents as well as sustainable problem solving
* Documentation of solutions and continuous expansion of the knowledge base
* Support with releases, updates, and testing
* Monitoring of the system landscape and proactive identification of disruptions
Stärken einbringen: Ihre Qualifikationen
* Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist) or a comparable qualification
* Experience in supporting SaaS or cloud applications is an advantage
* Basic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and databases (e.g., SQL)
* Confident use of ticketing systems - Analytical and structured working approach
* Strong service orientation and communication skills
* Solid German and English skills, both written and spoken
